Shan Banana Jelly Crystals – 80g

• A quick and easy-to-prepare dessert mix for making soft, banana-flavored jelly.

  1. Boil water: Bring 400 ml of water to a boil in a pan.
  2. Mix in crystals: Gradually pour the jelly crystals into the boiling water while stirring constantly. Continue to stir and boil for 2–3 minutes until the bubbles disappear.
  3. Set the jelly: Pour the mixture into a bowl or a mold and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to allow it to set
