What is your delivery area?

No matter where you live in the USA, we can deliver to you.

How fast can I get my food?

We deliver food using overnight express shipping methods. We expect you will get the delivery within 24 hours anywhere in the US after we ship it.

What is your serving size per item?

Serving size for each of our items is more than 20%-30% compared to regular serving size in the restaurant.

What are your storage and handling procedures for food?

We use state-of-the-art technology to package our food, ensuring that it stays fresh and tasty. We follow the FDA standards throughout the food preparation and delivery process.

How long do the meals last?

The meals will be delivered fresh and you can enjoy it instantly. If you wish to enjoy them later, please store in a freezer.

Are your meals frozen?

ChefsRhere delivers the food fresh and chilled, ready to heat and eat. Our food is never frozen.

Is there a shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate per box based on your location. For some preset boxes, we deliver them free anywhere in the US.

Should I tip my delivery person?

No tip is expected or needed!

How many items can a box hold?

Right now our box can hold 8 items. We also offer preset boxes which hold less than 8 items per box.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once the order is shipped, we will mail you the tracking information!

Do I need to be present to receive the order?

Nope! The box will be dropped off at your address and waiting for you! Once you have it, please refrigerate it as quickly as possible.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes, we periodically offer discounts and promotions!

What is your return policy?

We are grateful for your preference of our products. We hope they please you as much as they do us. Regrettably, we cannot take back food items for safety reasons. But if you encounter any problems or questions with your order, please get in touch with our customer support team. We are always ready to help you.

How will I receive fresh meat and fish?

The fresh meat or fish will arrive in vacuum sealed bags. Depending on the item you choose, it can be thawed or frozen. Both are perfectly fine! If you cook within a day, please refrigerate. Otherwise, please store in the freezer!
