  • Cut in regular pieces (Once Hilsa is cut, it tastes best if you consume it reasonably faster, say in a month) 
  • Cut and clean option - ready to cook (for extra fee)
  • Note, if you choose cut and clean option, the fish steaks may look little reddish/darker upon arrival. This is because of the blood that Hilsa has. We do not wash off the blood to retain the taste of the fish longer. However, when you wash and cook the fish, it will look perfect!
