Each chicken weighs about 2.5lb after cleaning (from 3.5lb live weight) and comes cut into 8 convenient pieces. You can choose skin on or off. The meat is more flavorful than regular chicken but needs a bit more cooking time. Everything is vacuum-sealed to stay fresh longer - perfect for your holiday preparations!
